Thank you for booking. Please fill this in before I start, so I can look after your animals and your home exactly the way you do. The more you tell me, the less your pets will notice you’re gone.

It takes about ten minutes. Only your name, phone number and the first pet’s details are required — everything else, fill in what applies.

Please don’t type any security codes into this form.

No alarm codes, safe codes, gate codes or key-safe combinations. We’ll go through all of that in person at the meet and greet, where it belongs. Anything typed into a web form travels by email, and that’s not the place for the code to your alarm.

Write “none” if there isn’t any. Toilet & exercise routine Walks, garden, litter tray, doggy door — when and how. Lead or off-lead? Anywhere they mustn’t go? Where do they sleep? What do they love? Favourite game, favourite spot, how they like to be greeted. The things that make them happy. What frightens or upsets them? Thunder, fireworks, the vacuum, strangers, other dogs, being left alone. Anything I should watch for, and what helps. Anything they must NOT do or have?

6 · Your home

Remember: no alarm or gate codes here — we do those in person.
